What is the difference between you and a tech recruiter?

We do not send CVs, schedule interviews and stop there. Alteam provides ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

How do you source talents?

We utilise our extensive talent network and advanced AI-driven tools to ensure individuals are expertly matched to job specifications and assembled into highly compatible teams.

What is your vetting process?

We conduct up to two screening interviews, ask for referral(s), and run background checks when the client requests them.

Does Alteam provide dedicated teams?

Yes, we do. With our Managed By Alteam option, you get a dedicated part-time trained Product Owner who will deploy your team, provide ongoing support, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. The team is provided to you at an all-inclusive retainer rate in addition to our monthly management fee of £2,500.

How much does a talent placement cost?

Our pricing is simple and transparent. We charge £1,250 per talent processed in your shortlist, meaning they’ve gone through at least one interview round. To ensure cost efficiency, we cap the total cost at £7,000 per hire, regardless of how many candidates you process. This approach offers flexibility and value without unexpected fees.
